Refund Policy

You can return an item within 14 days after you receive it.

Conditions

The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at ostvytsya.shop@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first asking us will not be accepted.

Return shipping

The buyer pays for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and send photos of the item and the packaging, so we can make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may need some extra time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
