Silver-painted polymer resin figurine of Morena, the Slavic goddess of winter, night and the passage between worlds. Made in Ukraine.
Morena (also Mara) is the goddess of winter, death, cold and the changing seasons. She is not purely evil but rather stands for the passage between life and death, winter and spring. In myth she is the ruler of the night and the underworld.
We make each figurine from polymer resin and paint it silver by hand, so shades and small details vary slightly from piece to piece.
